摘    要:介绍了传统法电解工序,大量外购阳极后,增加了作业流程,作业时间延长,影响了作业率。通过创新短路处理的方式,释放一台行车参加作业;解决机组吞吐能力不足,提升阳极、始极片存储能力;优化作业方式,将单系统作业,提升为双系统同时作业。不仅提高了作业率,也节约了成本。

Abstract:The traditional electrolysis process is introduced in this paper. After outsourcing a large number of anodes , the operation process is increased and the operation time is prolonged, which affected the operation rate. A traveling crane is released to participate in that operation by innovating the short-circuit treatment mode. The problem of insufficient throughput capacity of the unit is solved, and the storage capacity of the anode and starting sheet is improved. Optimize the operation mode and upgrade the single-system operation to dual-system simultaneous operation. Therefore, the operation rate is improved, and that cost is saved.
