基于整数线性规划模型的配电网故障指示器优化配置研究

摘    要:为了提高配电网的供电可靠性,提出了基于整数线性规划模型的故障指示器优化配置方法。该方法以配电网小电流接地运行方式为背景,建立多分支配电线路上任意故障点所需巡线时间的数学模型,以故障指示器投资运维成本最少为目标,进而减少配电网的停电时间。该方法通过合理配置故障指示器在配电线路上的位置,确保任意故障点被精确定位的时间不大于系统允许带故障运行时间,最大限度地保证用户供电可靠性。最后,针对江苏某实际10 kV配电系统进行算例分析。测试结果表明,所提模型能够实现不同故障点在系统允许带故障运行时间内的精确定位,并有效降低故障指示器的投资运维成本。

Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of power supply in distribution network, an optimal placement method of fault indicators based on integer linear programming model is proposed. Based on the small current grounding operation mode of distribution network, this paper establishes a mathematical model for the patrol time of any fault points on multi-branch power lines, aiming at minimizing the investment and maintenance cost of fault indicators, thereby reducing the outage time of distribution network. By reasonably configuring the location of the fault indicator on the distribution line, this paper ensures that the precise location time of any fault point does not exceed the allowable operation time of the system with fault, and maximizes the reliability of power supply for users. Finally, a practical 10 kV distribution system in Jiangsu Province is analyzed by an example. The test results show that the proposed model can accurately locate different fault points within the allowable operating time of the system with fault and effectively reduce the investment and maintenance cost of the fault indicator.
