摘    要:本文基于利用氧化镁的膨胀性能可以降低普通混凝土的孔隙率,改善其孔结构,从而提高普通混凝土密实性的特点,研究了氧化镁膨胀剂的基本膨胀机理。通过对比试验,研究了氧化镁膨胀剂在相同掺量条件下,对不同养护龄期下普通混凝土力学性能、膨胀性能的影响;研究了氧化镁膨胀剂在不同掺量条件下,对相同养护龄期下普通混凝土的力学性能、膨胀性能的影响。综合分析了两种条件下氧化镁与水泥发生水化的时间及作用规律,从而找到氧化镁膨胀剂的最佳掺量,为在工程中更广泛的应用提供参考依据。

Study on expansion mechanism of added MgO in ordinary concrete
Abstract:In this paper, the basic expansion mechanism of MgO expansive agent is studied based on the characteristics of using MgO expansive property to reduce the porosity of ordinary concrete, improve its pore structure and thus increase the compactness of ordinary concrete. Through comparative tests, the effects of MgO expansive agent on the mechanical properties and expansibility of ordinary concrete under the same dosage and different curing age were studied, and the effects of MgO expansive agent on the mechanical properties and expansibility of ordinary concrete under the different dosage and same curing age were also studied. The time comparison of hydration of MgO and cement under these two conditions and its action law are comprehensively analyzed, so as to find the optimum content of MgO expansive agent and provide reference for application in engineering.
