日照海韵广场2#楼超限高层结构设计

摘    要:日照海韵广场2#楼嵌固层以上高度为248.8m,属于超B级高度建筑,为国内目前较高的剪力墙结构建筑,平面外包尺寸为68m×23.7m,结构长宽比、高宽比偏大;考虑结构布置的合理性,同时,为了更好地满足建筑使用要求,设计采用剪力墙结构体系,充分利用外侧墙肢翼墙的翼缘效应,通过加大翼墙厚度为结构提供较大的抗侧刚度;结构存在扭转不规则、个别墙体转换、局部穿层墙等局部不规则超限项;在设计过程中为解决小震和风荷载下连梁抗剪超筋、大震下混凝土连梁损伤严重的现象,同时也为了提高结构的抗震性能和抗风舒适度性能,采用连梁阻尼器进行消能减震设计,制定适用于2#楼的消能减震方案。通过采取合理的抗震性能化设计目标和方法、加强关键构件的设计等措施,经过计算复核,本工程结构抗震性能目标能够满足规范要求,结构安全可靠。

Abstract:Building 2#for Rizhao Haiyun Plaza is 248.8m above the embedded solid layer,which exceeding the height requirement of B-level building in the code.It is currently a relatively high shear wall structure building in China.The plane outsourcing size was 68m×23.7m.The structure aspect ratio and height-to-width-ratio was too large;considering the rationality of the structural layout,meanwhile,in order to better meet the building requirements,the design used the shear wall structure system,made full use of the flange effect of the outer wall limb wing wall,and provided greater lateral stiffness by increasing the thickness of the wing wall for the structure;the structure had local irregular out-of-code items including torsional irregularities,individual wall transitions,and local cross-layer walls;the coupling beam dampers were used for energy dissipation design which was suitable for building 2#,in order to solve the problems of shear-induced over-reinforcement of the coupling beam under frequent earthquakes and wind loads and serious damage to concrete coupling beams under rare earthquakes in the design process,and in order to improve the seismic performance and wind resistance comfort performance of the structure.Through adopting reasonable seismic performance design goals and methods,strengthening the design of key components and other measures,the seismic performance goals of the project structure can meet the specification requirements after calculation review,and the structure is safe and reliable.
