摘    要:公共建筑是城市提供社会服务的主要场所,相比于住宅建筑能耗量所占比重较大,是建筑节能任务中最主要的关注目标。然而,传统的建筑能耗估算方法对能耗分析往往在数据的集成化、信息处理的可视化以及信息的即时性与准确性上存在不足。在对公共建筑能耗影响因素分析的基础上,建立了公共建筑能耗估算体系,并借助BIM平台建立了建筑信息模型,通过能耗估算软件Ecotect与BIM软件的交互操作对该模型进行太阳辐射、日照遮挡等性能的分析,解决了传统能耗分析方法对能耗数据量化不准确的局限性问题,实现了信息处理的可视化。

Abstract:Public buildings are the main places where the city provides social services. They account for a larger proportion of energy consumption compared with residential buildings,and become the most important part in the national building energy conservation. However,traditional building energy estimation methods are often deficient in data integration,information processing visualization,and information immediacy and accuracy. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the energy consumption of public buildings,the energy consumption estimation system of the public building was established,and the building information model was established by means of the BIM platform. Through the interaction between the energy estimation software Ecotect and BIM, the model’s performance is analyzed by solar radiation and sunlight occlusion. This model solves the limitation of the traditional energy analysis method on the inaccurate quantification of energy consumption data and realizes the visualization of information processing.
