自密实混凝土胶凝材料体系研究

摘    要:基于粉煤灰和矿粉的理化性能,围绕粉煤灰、矿粉与水泥组合形成的胶材体系展开研究。针对粉煤灰和矿粉对混凝土强度的影响,通过胶砂强度试验,探索粉煤灰和矿粉在不同掺量下的28d胶砂强度变化规律。结果表明:与28d水泥胶砂强度相比,掺粉煤灰的胶砂强度显著降低,掺矿粉的胶砂强度明显提高;粉煤灰和矿粉形成的复掺体系,可以性能互补。

Study on self-compacting concrete cementitious material system
Abstract:Based on the physical and chemical properties of fly ash and slag powder, this article focuses on the research of the rubber system formed by the combination of fly ash, slag powder and cement. Aiming at the influence of fly ash and slag powder on the strength of concrete, the variation law of 28 d mortar strength with different amounts of fly ash and slag powder was investigated based on mortar strength test. The results show that compared with the strength of 28 d cement mortar, the strength of cement mortar mixed with fly ash is significantly reduced, while the strength of cement mortar mixed with slag powder is significantly improved, and fly ash and slag powder can form complementary performance.
