摘    要:某金矿金矿品位为3.6~4.1g/t,该矿中粗粒的颗粒金较多。为了给环境敏感区的选矿厂设计提供依据,对该金矿进行传统重选试验、浮选以及尼尔森重选试验。试验结果表明:该金矿采用尼尔森-摇床重选联合工艺流程可使金精矿综合回收率可达84.42%,尾矿品位可降至0.55g/t。

Abstract:The grade of gold ore is 3.6-4.1g/t, and there are more coarse gold particles in the ore. In order to provide the basis for the design of beneficiation plant in environmentally sensitive areas, the traditional experiment of gravity and flotation and the Nielsen gravity experiment were carried out. The result showed that the gold ore adopts Nielsen-shaker gravity separation combined process, the comprehensive recovery of gold concentrate can reach 84.42% and the tailings grade can be reduced to 0.55g/t.
