阴极铜上口粒子成因及减少办法

摘    要:高纯阴极铜是重要的工业原料,近年来,阴极铜产能迅速扩张,原料供应越来越紧张,杂铜原料和外购阳极板数量不断上升。外购阳极在电解精炼过程中阴极铜上口长粒子,影响阴极铜的质量。就阴极铜上口长粒子的成因进行了分析,并且对减少和消除上口粒子的方法进行了论述。

Abstract:High-purity copper cathode is an important industrial raw material. In recent years, the capacity of cathode copper hasexpanded rapidly, the supply of raw materials has become increasingly tight, and the number of miscellaneous copper raw materials andpurchased anode plates has continued to increase. In the electrolytic refining process of the purchased anode, the cathode copper haslong particles which affect the quality of the cathode copper. The cause of the long particles formation in the copper cathode is analyzed,and the methods to reduce and eliminate the particles are discussed .
