摘    要:对内弯弧形筋片扁环填料用于环丁砜芳烃抽提工艺过程进行了冷模和热模实验研究。实验结果表明,此种新型填料的传质效率比大孔筛板塔高30%以上。在此基础上,对φ1.0m的工业装置进行了技术改造,使抽余油含芳量下降了6%,而塔的处理能力提高了10%。

Abstract:The hydrodynamics and mass transfer of Super Mini Ring (SMR) were studied in laboratory and pilot plant for the aromatic extraction by sulfolane.It is shown from the resultsthat the mass transfer efficiency of SMR is more than 30% higher than that of the sieve tray which is used in the sulfolane process.The revamping of a commercial sieve tray extraction using SMR for this process has been completed successfully.The recovery of the aromatics and the throughput of the column are both increased remarkably.
