摘    要:针对所设计的超磁致伸缩致高速响应电磁开关阀(GMV)进行了结构分析。采用AMEsim软件建立超磁致伸缩高速响应电磁开关阀模型,在模型下仿真分析了不同占空比、不同工作频率下PWM信号、电流、阀芯位移的关系,同时分析了不同占空比、不同压力、不同电流对GMV流量的影响。通过仿真结果提出改进方法,找到最适合超磁致伸缩高速响应电磁阀设计要求的占空比和流体压力。

Abstract:The structure analysis of GMV is carried out. An mode of GMV is set up by using AMEsim software .The relationship between signal under different frequency, electric current, value core displacement and blank ratio, is analyzed. This paper analyses the affection brought by different blank ratio, pressure and electric current on flux. The paper finds out the most appropriate blank ration and liquid pressure for GMV advances amelioration method.
