固相混合对CB/HDPE复合导电材料性能的影响

摘    要:研究了成型加工中,炭黑填充HDPE复合材料必经的固相混合过程对其性能的影响,结果发现,混合使材料的导电性能明显变差,冲击强度和流动性能的改善却极其微弱;但固相混合使炭黑的分散程度得以改善,结构发生破坏,HDPE晶粒尺寸变小,结晶度增大,异机成核的晶粒增多,参与导电的炭黑粒子数量减少,从而将导致材料的导电性明显恶化。

Abstract:The effect of the blending in solid state on the property of the CB/HDPE composite was studied,and it was found that the blending made the conductivity of the composite decreased,and the impact strength and flowability changed little,while the blending in solid state improved the dispersity of CB,broke the structure of CB,made HDPE crystals size small,increased the crystallinity and heterogeneous nucleation,and decreased the quantity of CB particle that was benefit to conductivity,resulting in a decrease of conductivity
