| 摘 要： | 对铁尾矿干排工艺中的核心设备水平橡胶带式真空过滤机的配套托辊实际工况进行分析研究,通过改善托辊的密封结构、包胶工艺及其制作工艺等,提出一种具有高的强度、耐磨性和良好密封性,且在铁尾矿干排工艺中使用寿命较长的托辊结构。

| Abstract: | The actual condition of the horizontal rubber belt vacuum filter carrying idler which was the core equipment of the iron ore tailings dry discharge process undertook analytic study,through the improvement of the sealing structure of carrying idler,rubber coating process and its production process,put forward a kind of the carrying idler structure which had high strength,wear resistance and good sealing performance,and longer service life in the dry state of iron ore tailings discharge process. |
