基于Ad Hoc移动无线自组网的钢包液位测量系统研究

摘    要:在钢包液位测量中应用Ad Hoc移动无线网络和激光测距技术,6个站点自组成一个临时性的Ad Hoc网络,一台激光测距仪用来测量钢包液位高度。各站点采用MCS-51单片机或工控机组成,可以实现对激光测量数据的实时传输、处理以及对测量点的任意控制。MAC层采用载波监听多路访问接入协议CSMA,退避算法采用非坚持算法。在DSDV和DRS协议基础上自行设计了无线自组网路由协议。编制了测量站点和激光测距仪之间的数据通讯软件。实验结果表明网络运行良好。

Abstract:Laser range finding and Ad Hoc mobile wireless network techniques were used to measure the la- dle liquid level in molten steel carrier.Six stations constitute a temporary Ad Hoc network.A laser range finder is used to measure the liquid level.The stations are consisted of MCS-51 MCU or industrial PC to de- liver and process real-time laser measurement data and control the measurement points freely.CSMA proto- col is adopted in MAC layer of the network,and the non-insist algorithm is used as back-off algorithm.The route protocol of the wireless self-organizing network was designed based on DSDV and DRS protocols.The data communication program between stations and the laser range finder was written.Experimental results show that the network operates well.
