| 摘 要： | 宝钢1580热连轧机采取了保温罩、较厚的粗轧出口中间坯、先进的粗轧道次负荷分配方式等措施，以减少轧制过程温降。其温度计算数学模型计算精度较高。本文介绍了该轧机的温度数学模型，分析轧制过程中的轧件温降，较详细地介绍其减少轧件温降的措施。

| Abstract: | The measures to reduce the strip temperature fall on 1580 hot strip mill at Baosteel are as follows: 1)adoption of heat preservation cover, 2) increase of the thickness of intermediate rolling stock, 3) optimization of pass schedule on roughing mill by reasonable load distribution The precision of the temperature model obtained and to be used on the mill is quite high In this paper, the temperature model is introduced, strip temperature fall is analyzed, the measures to reduce strip temperature fall are amply introduced |
