摘    要:电主轴在高速旋转时因温度变化及集肤效应的作用其参数也容易发生变化,工程上常用的基于转差率的间接矢量控制要求能精确计算出转子磁链的角度,但由于参数变化,这一前提条件很难得到满足.为此提出采用扩展卡尔曼滤波方法(EKF)仅对电机转子进行在线估汁,而将其他电机参数的变化看作足系统噪声,这样既减少了需估计的参数数量,满足了实时性要求,又能得到精确的转子磁链角度.仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:Parameters of the motorized spindle have slow time-varying characteristic,and this will reduce precision of the estimation of the motor rotor flux angle and bring the difficulties for the speed control of the motorized spindle based on vector control method.On-line parameters estimation based on extended Kalman filter(EKF) method is presented,in which only the rotor resistor is real-time estimated,and variations of other parameters of the motor are treated as the system noise.Experimental results demonstrat...
