摘    要:分析切屑断裂应变测量装置的工作原理,设计开发断裂应变测量装置及切屑试样;利用此测量装置,测量在不同切削速度下断屑试验所得切屑试样的断裂应变值;最后对断裂应变值进行分析,得出切削速度对断裂应变及切屑折断界限变化规律的影响。

Abstract:This page mainly studied the testing device of high speed cutting breaking strain, and its application in the high speed cutting. Firstly, the working principle of experiment equipment of breaking strain is researched. Secondly, the equipment is designed and made by the chip-breaking principle, and the chip samples are also made, and making use of this device to do the experiment of cutting breaking, the samples' strain value on different cutting speed is measured. Lastly the experimental data is analyzed and studied, concluding the change law between cutting Speed and breaking strain. The variations law of the chip breaking limits is also attained. The study above lays a theory and tests basis for the further investigation of other non-ferrous metal breaking strain change law in high speed cutting field, as well as the mechanism of chip breaking by 3-D groove insert in high speed machining.
