摘    要:本文用扫描电镜研究了三孢布拉氏霉的形态发生,该菌正株和负株在无性繁殖中都形成大孢子囊和小孢子囊,正株的小孢子囊有单包和多孢之分,而负株的仅见多孢,本文对接合孢子的观察与Mistry的基本一致,并发现成熟的接合孢子的配囊柄在其两端或并立。

Abstract:Morphogenesis of Blakeslea trispora strains 14059(+) and 14060(-) was studied with SEM in the paper.In their asexual reproduction they all can generate sporangia and sporangioles.Sporangioles of strain 14059(+) can be classified into monosporous sporangioles and multesporous sporangioles,but only multisporous sporangioles of strain 14060(-) can be observed.The observation of zygospores development in this report fundamentally accord with those of Mistry .Moreover,it is observed that suspensors are located not only at its two extremitats,but also in juxtaposition.
