| 摘 要： | 邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)是目前应用范围较广的一类增塑剂,用以增加高聚物的可塑性。PAEs通过范德华力同高聚物结合,易逸出基体,其具有致畸和致突变性,故属于环境内分泌干扰物。PAEs污染已引起公众特别关注,多种关于PAEs环境行为和毒理性研究为控制其污染提供重要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Phthalate esters （PAEs） were a group of organic chemicals produced on a large scale and used in a wide range of consumer goods. PAEs are mainly used as plasticizer to improve the flexibility and workability of polymeric materials. Some of PAEs have been considered as endocrine-disrupting compounds.Pollution by PAEs have been caught the attention of people,So determination of toxicity and environmental behavior of PAEs had significance for evaluating the pollutant and protecting the environment. |
