旧式矿井提升机制动系统的改进在兴安矿的应用

摘    要:针对现有旧式提升机制动系统存在的弊端及其安全隐患,根据《煤矿安全规程》规定,采用液压径向制动器系统对其进行改进设计,研制了新型矿井提升机制动系统。以5 m提升机制动系统为例,进行改进设计计算,计算结果表明:改进方案符合《煤矿安全规程》的有关规定,并满足矿井提升机制动系统现有的要求,保障了矿井提升安全。

Abstract:Aiming at the abuse and hidden danger of older hoist brake system,according to "Coal Mine Safety Regulation",a new mine hoist brake system was developed by applying hydraulic radial brake system.Taking the hoist brake system of 5m for example,we improve the system by design and calculation.And the result shows that,the improvement of brake system complies with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulation" and satisfies with the request of mine hoist brake system,which ensures the safety of mine hoist.
