深井尾管固并中悬挂器的探索试验及应用

摘    要:为了探索川型液压式悬挂器在承受较大轴向载荷时的工作情况,对川型液压式177.8mm单卡瓦和改型的177.8mm双卡瓦悬挂器,在承受1960kN轴向载荷作用时其工作及变形情况等进行了探索试验。文章论述了川型液压式177.8mm单、双卡瓦悬挂器能否承受1960kN的轴向载荷和在1960kN的轴向载荷作用下液缸、锥体是否变形;悬挂器剪钉、液缸剪钉剪切能否被剪断使液缸上移;倒扣头能否正常倒扣以及对上层套管的挤毁情况等。还介绍了川型液压式悬挂器在深并尾管固井中的现场应用情况。

Abstract:The working and deforming conditions. suth as whether cylinder and cone deform, whether slips are cut off to make the cylinders upgoing. whether bask-off is normally functioned and the destruction of upper casings etc., of Sichuan hydraulic hanger with 177. 8mm single-slip and the remade one with 177. 8mm dual-cylinder and dual-slip are tested and expounded while bearing 1960 kN axial load.
