| Abstract: | The paper introduces using domestic polymerization equipment how to produce Nylon 6 semi-dull chip which can meet the requirement of hig-speed spinning POY-DTY.The effects of polymerization temperature time,dowtherm add-on,front polymerization container on the quality of chips were discussed,as well as the continnous extaction tower,melting process,distillates improvement and the requirement of dulling agent were involved. |
