| 摘 要： | 高等教育的巨大变革给高校青年教师带来了心理枯竭问题。为了青年教师的健康成长，社会和学校应当对此问题给予足够的重视。本文分析高校青年教师成长期的心理枯竭归因，并提出了自我调适与外部调适的基本对策。

| Abstract: | Tremendous transformation of higher education causes psycho-burnout problems in young teachers in university.For the sake of the healthy growth of young teachers,great attention should be paid to this issue by society and university.This article attempts to analyze young teachers' job burnout in universities and tries to give some basic tactics to self-adjustment and external adjustment. |
