摘    要:通过对大量二次加热高钢级管线钢试样韧性指标和剪切面积之间统计规律的分析,研究了高钢级管线钢二次加热后的韧性变化规律,并和母材对比;同时对其与组织的变化关系进行探讨。研究表明,高钢级管线钢在(800~1300℃)二次加热后,剪切面积和Charpy冲击功呈线性关系;背散射电子显微分析(EBSD)研究同时证明,有效晶粒是反映冲击韧性变化的合理参量。

Abstract:The effect of reheating of high grade pipeline steels on charpy impact toughness was studied based on experiments.The microstructure of the reheat pipeline steels was investigated by SEM and EBSD technique.The results show that a linear relationship between CVN value and shearing area of the reheated pipeline steels is observed.EBSD results show that the effective grain size of the steel is a proper parameter to characterize CVN impact toughness of the steels.
