锯切花岗岩用金刚石有序排列锯片的研制

摘    要:本文叙述了金刚石均匀分布/有序排列的优越性,引用信息产业集成电路的先进制造技术与工艺研制成锯切花岗岩用金刚石有序排列锯片。对比实验表明,在相同胎体配方与工艺条件下,有序排列锯片的锯切效率比常规锯片提高20%-30%,锯切速度高达7m/min以上。在我国金刚石工具行业中采用与推广金刚石有序排列锯片将具有重大意义。

Abstract:In this paper the advantage of even distribution /array pattern of diamond is presented. Research and manufacture of diamond array pattern saw blade for cutting granite was carried out by application of advanced manufacturing technology of integrated circuit (IC) of information industry. The comparative test for cutting granite indicated, the cutting efficiency of saw blade has increased by twenty to thirty percent as compared with conventional saw blade on the same matrix and sintering condition. The cutting speed is more than 7 m/min. Application and development of diamond array pattern technology is of great important in the domestic diamond tool industry.
