摘    要:通过生产试验 ,找出了润滑油馏分加氢脱酸装置合理的新氢纯度和新氢量 ,同时对采用制氢装置供氢、化肥厂弛放氢和催化裂化干气提浓氢三种不同氢源的润滑油生产成本进行了对比分析 ,为在生产中减少制氢装置所产高成本氢气用量 ,利用廉价的氢源找到了依据 ,使加氢脱酸装置吨油氢气成本大为降低。

Abstract:Both rational purity and amount of fresh hydrogen for lube oil hydrodeaciding unit were determined via production test.The production cost of lube oil using three different hydrogen sources,i.e,from the hydrogen manufacture unit,relaxing hydrogen from the fertilizer plant and enriched hydrogen from FCC dry gas,were compared. The hydrogen cost of the hydrodeaciding unit greatly reduced.
