龙开口水电站筹建期砂石加工系统工艺及布置优化

摘    要:龙开口水电站筹建期砂石加工系统满足混凝土高峰期浇筑强度5.0×104m3/月所需成品骨料,系统主要采用了单条生产线的加工工艺。根据提高砂石系统生产保障率、系统平面布置更有利于毛料运输的原则对系统的加工工艺和平面布置进行了优化。经运行实践证明优化后的系统运行良好。

Abstract:In the preparation period of Longkaikou Hydropower Station,the aggregate processing system could meet the demand of concrete pouring strength 50 000 m3 per month.The system,in the right beach in the upstream of the dam,mainly adopts a single line of processing.At the same time,its processing technology and general plan layout are optimized through improving the production qualification and improving the layout to be in favour of the rubble aggregate transportation.The practical operation proves that the optimized system works well.
