mPE的流变性能和挤出加工性能研究

摘    要:采用毛细管流变仪和双螺杆挤出机对茂金属聚乙烯(mPE)的流变性能和挤出造粒性能进行了研究,并与Z-N型高密度聚乙烯5000S及Exxon公司生产的F-mPE作为对比,发现mPE具有特殊物流变性能,如高熔体表现粘度,挤出过程的压力振荡,剪切应力及粘度的反转现象,实验中,通过助剂的加工和工艺参数的调整,得到了粒子光滑,大小均匀的mPE粒料。

Abstract:The rheology and extrusion properties of mPE were studied by means of capillary rheometer and twin - screw extruder, and also compared with those of Z - N type 5000 S and F - mPE prepared by Exxon. Some special rheo-logical properties of mPE and F - mPE were observed, such as the high melt apparent viscosity, extrusion pressure vibration and reversal of shear stress and viscosity under different extruding temperatures. Smooth mPE pellets with controllable particle size were obtained by adding additives and adjusting extrusion processing parameters.
