| 摘 要： | 介绍了三菱公司的FX2N-128MR型PLC在轧辊磨床上的电气改造应用，给出了电气控制的软、硬件的设计。结果表明，采用先进的PLC和直流调速系统控制取代传统的继电器式控制，提高了轧辊磨床的电气安全性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the PLC from FZ2N-128MR MITSUBISHI that is reformed and applied on the electricity of roll grinder, and the developing results indicated that to adopt the advanced PLC and DC speed regulating control system to replace the traditional relay, which is to improve the safety and reliability of electricity. |
