软开关逆变弧焊电源的仿真分析

摘    要:根据新型LCL谐振软开关弧焊逆变电源的特点,运用仿真软件SPICE对其主电路中的IGBT、主变压器模型进行分析,提出了新的器件模型并予以仿真,在此基础上,对基本LCL型和新型LCL谐振逆变弧焊电源主电路进行了仿真对比试验,证明新型LCL主电路解决了变压器二次侧占空比丢失的问题。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the new LCL resonance soft switch arc welding inverter power source,it researches a new component model and makes it simulation by analyzing IGBT and the main transformer model with software SPICE.On the basis of it,the regular LCL and new LCL resonance soft switch arc welding inverter power source are compared to prove that the new one is favorable for decrease the loss of ratio of the pulse time in high level to the time period of one complete cycle.
