摘    要:对一大功率、高强化发动机箱体的强度进行分析.为进一步完善箱体设计提供依据.模 型考虑箱体和主轴承盖、缸套、等效缸盖的接触问题,提出一种用温度法施加丝对预紧力的新方 法,该方法不仅能更精确地模拟实际预紧力情况,而且便于操作.本文给出该方法的理论公式.

Abstract:This paper analysed the strength of a new high-power and high-effi- ciency engine block by FEM. The FEM model included the contact between the block and the main bearing cap, between the cylinder and the equivalent cyclinder head model. Based on temperature, this paper presented a new method on how to apply the pretightening force on the FEM model. This method made it easy to ap- ply this type of load on the FEM model.
