摘    要:为了适应金属切削刀具理论研究和生产实践对于刀具几何参数快速、准确在线测量的要求 ,在Lab VIEW平台上开发了基于机器视觉的刀具测量系统 ,利用边缘检测、亚像素精度等图像处理技术 ,实现对车刀各参考平面内的主要几何参数的非接触测量。测量结果表明 ,测量精度可靠

Abstract:A cutting tools measurement system is developed based on machine vision technology on the LabVIEW platform to meet the needs of metal cutting tools theory study and manufacture practice for quickly and precise on-line measuring of' geometry parameters of cutting tools. By using the image process technology such as edge detection and sub-pixel edge detecting, the non-contact measurement of the main geometry parameters on various reference planes of cutting tools is realized. The actual test dada shows that the system has reliable measurement precision.
