不对称烷基醚的绿色合成

摘    要:卤代烷、醇和氢氧化钠三元体系反应混合物,在相转移催化剂作用下可生成不对称醚。反应结束后,蒸馏除去过量的卤代烷,水洗涤除去卤化钠、氢氧化钠和相转移催化剂,干燥后即可得到产物。该方法和经典Williamson合成方法相比较,省去贵重有机溶剂和金属钠或氢化钠,后处理简单,可明显降低产品价格和操作危险,减少环境污染。

Abstract:Alkyl halide could react with alcohol to form asymmetry ether in the presence of sodium hydroxide using phase-transfer catalyst.After the reaction completed,alkyl halide could be removed by distillate,sodium halide and sodium hydroxide could be removed by washing the residue with water.Compared with the typical Williamson synthesis method,this one would decrease the cost,danger and environment pollution as the organic solvent and metal sodium or sodium hydride is free.
