| 摘 要： | 对配电网网架规划优化问题进行了研究,给出了配电网网架规划的可靠性数学模型,以电网建设投资成本、运行成本和缺电成本总和最小为目标,该模型可以有效地将优化规划的可靠性与经济性结合起来。采用改进遗传算法求解该问题,为满足配电网辐射性约束条件,引入了理论中的最小生成树算法。并采用最小路法对配电系统可靠性进行评估,以得到相应的可靠性经济指标。
