摘    要:在气体脱湿膜分离过程中,水蒸气是以溶解-扩散-解吸附(脱附)的机理进行传递,水分子可通过氢键聚集成簇,也可通过氢键与聚合物链节中极性基团发生作用,使水蒸气的传递行为比其它气体更为复杂,由于水蒸气比其它气体具有更高的溶解系数和扩散系数,使气体膜法脱湿成为可能,压缩空气脱湿是重要的应用领域之一,与传统的空气干燥技术相比,膜法脱湿具有高效、节能、清洁等特点,通过膜材料改性、膜表面修饰、膜组件的设计、操作条件的优化等方法可以提高膜组件的脱湿效率.文章也介绍了气体膜法脱湿的其它应用领域.

Abstract:In the membrane separation process of gas dehumidification,water vapor transfers according to the mechanism of dissolution-diffusion-desorption.The interaction of water molecule and the polar group in polymer chain is produced by hydrogen bond.Water molecule can also be gathered to form cluster by hydrogen bond.So the transfer behavior of water vapor is more complicated than other gases.The dehumidification of gases can be completed because of higher dissolution coefficient and diffusion coefficient of wate...
