复合材料汽车板簧吊耳及其联接的研究

摘    要:本文描述了玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)汽车板簧在紧急制动时的力学模型。给出了吊耳的联接强度设计安全系数。经过八十万次台架疲劳试验和拉伸破坏试验证实,平面镶嵌铆接式吊耳结构能满足一吨以下轻型客车GFRP板簧的设计要求。

Abstract:The mechanical model of automobile composite leaf spring was described in this paper when it had been emergently braked.The design safety factor of ear joint was given.It had been proved that the ear structure which was plane inserted-riveted could be used in composite leaf spring of light bus under 1 ton by 800,000 cycle fatigue test and tensile failure test.
