| 摘 要： | 针对邯钢冷轧脱盐水站超滤系统的膜材料清洗能力下降问题,对脱盐水站超滤系统的化学清洗进行分析,对配方工艺进行试验对比,提出一套适合超滤系统的化学清洗技术方案,经过清洗后的超滤膜水通量明显提高,过膜压差大大降低,清洗周期延长到2个月。

| Abstract: | Due to the lower cleaning power of membrane materials in the ultra-filtration system of desalted water station of cold rolling of Han-Steel, alter system analysis and make different formula contrast experiment, issue a new technical proposal for the cleaning system, so that decrease film pressure difference and increase the ultra-filtration water flux, and extension the cleaning interval to 2 months. |
