基于模块模板的桥式起重机桥架的可重用设计

设计重用是将以往的设计成果与设计经验用于当前产品的设计中,从而实现产品的快速设计.起重机桥架设计需要大量借鉴以往产品的设计方案,结合起重机桥架的模块化特点对设计知识的合理重用是提高其设计效率的有效方法.提出了基于设计重用的模块模板的建模方法,将桥架整体结构划分为数个相对独立的模块,每个模块模板涵盖对应模块大部分甚至所有的设计信息,并具有高度的开放性.在此基础上,建立以模块模板库为核心的起重机桥架模块库,开发重机桥架模块以及整机设计系统,实现高效有序的设计重用.

Reusable design for crane bridges using modular templates

To transfer the previous design concepts and experiences to current product design,the design reuse is applied for rapid product design.By combining existing design options and modularized features for crane bridge design,the reasonable reuse of design knowledge can accordingly improve the design efficiency.In this study,the modular template modeling is proposed via design reuse.In this way,the bridge structure is decomposed into several independent modules,each contains the major even entire design information and possesses openness.So far,the crane bridge module base is established based on the modular template base.To this end,the highly-efficient and harmonious design reuse will be conducted on design module and system development.
