摘    要:基于Wenzel、Cassie模型以及粗糙结构理论进一步探讨了文献1]提出的超疏水涂层长期覆冰过程中的防冰效果以及覆冰机理,提出涂层表面产生最初的分散的覆冰颗粒的部分区域处于单重柱结构和Wenzel状态,随着覆冰时间的增长,覆冰重量及摩擦力导致此部分区域超疏水性能的破坏,使得最初产生的冰晶稳固化,冰晶不断捕获水滴,延伸、拉长和变厚,形成长期覆冰后的覆冰形貌。在此基础上,提出了改进涂层粗糙结构构建工艺的思路,为超疏水涂层研发人员提供工艺思路上的启发。

Abstract:Based on Wenzel and Cassie models and the roughness structure theory,the anti-icing effect and icing mechanism in the long-time icing process of the superhydrophobic coating is further studied.It is pointed out that part of the super-hydrophobic surface is in one-scale-pillar and Wenzel status and on it the early ice was formed,as the icing period goes on,due to the damages to super-hydrophobic features caused by ice weight and friction forces,the early ice gets steadily formed and with the capture of water,the ice gets extend,lengthen and thicker,and the eventual ice morphology after long time icing gets gradually formed.Based on this,the thinking of improve the coating roughness structure process is proposed,the advice of developing roughness structure is provided to inspire researchers of super-hydrophobic coating.
