参加2000年美国食品工艺学家学会年会和食品博览会的情况汇报

2000年美国食品工艺学家学会年会和食品博览会于6月11日至14日在美国得克萨斯州达拉斯举行。来自世界各国的参展单位达900多家。中国食品添加剂代表团由20个单位31名代表组成。租用了10个标准展位。展出了红曲红，功能性红曲来，阿斯巴甜，黄原胶等50多个品种。展览会上达成协议5份，成交额300多万美元。

Report on Participation in the IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo in 2000

The IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo in 2000 were held in Dallas, Texas USA from June 11th to 14th. The exhibition attracted more than 900 factories and manufacturers from many countries all over the world. The 31-member delegation from PRC exhibited over 50 varieties of products on their 10 standard exhibition sites. Exhibited products of the delegation included monascus red, functional red kojic rice, aspartame, xanthan gum etc. During 3-day exhibition the total contract value reached more than 3 millions USA dollars.
