往复压缩机压缩和膨胀热力过程研究

摘    要:根据变质量热力学的基本原理,建立了在气体泄漏和不稳定传热耦合作用下的往复压缩机气体压缩和膨胀热力过程的数学模型,采用计算机对其进行数值求解,并分析讨论了传热、质量泄漏及其耦合作用对气体压缩和膨胀热力过程的影响。通过与实验测试结果的比较证明了所建立的压缩和膨胀过程数学模型的正确性,有助于更精确的描述往复压缩机的压缩和膨胀过程。

Abstract:Mathematical model of gas compression and expansion process for reciprocating compressor with gas leakage and unsteady heat transfer is established, based on the variable mass thermodynamic theory, the computer is used to solve the mathematical model. Effects of heat transfer and gases leakage on the compression and expansion process are discussed respectively. Comparing with the experimental data, the compression and expansion process mathematical model is right, it is helpful to describe the compression and expansion process for reciprocating compressor.
