摘    要:莱钢炼钢厂对转炉钢渣进行粗选、破碎,实现了分类综合利用,并开发了转炉冶炼前期喷溅渣循环利用技术,含铁固体废弃物资源返回率100%;加大烟尘治理,降低了烟气排放浓度,烟(粉)尘排放量平均每月在60t以下;实施水的串级循环利用及转炉除尘污水药剂处理,实现了工业废水的"零"排放;加大转炉烟气的回收利用,提高能源利用率。实现了经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的和谐统一。

Abstract:The Steelmaking Plant of Laiwu Steel adopted a series of energy-saving and resources comprehensive utilization measures and realized harmonious unity of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. These measures are as follows: achieving classification utilization by roughing, crushing and developing recycling technology of splashing slag in converter initial smelting period, the utilization rate of solid waste contained iron reached 100%; increasing flue dust control and reducing flue gas emission concentration, flue dust (power) output emission concentration is reduced to 60 tons per mouth; actualizing water cascade recycling and reagent treatment of converter dedusting wastewater, realizing zero-emissions of industrial wastewater; increasing the recovery and utilization of converter gas for improving energy utilization ratio.
