| 摘 要： | 讨论了基于MasterCAM9．0变螺距螺纹的2种CAD方法，并分析了其优缺点；此外利用MasterCAM9．0软件对变螺距螺纹进行数控铣削编程，提出了在造型和编程过程中应注意的问题，解决了变螺距螺纹在加工上的难题。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces two methods of designing varying pitch based on MasterCAM9. 0, and analyzes some problems. Then the method of automatically generating the codes of NC is discussed, and some problems in drafting and programming are analyzed. All these can solve the difficulties in manufacturing of raring pitch screw. |
