摘    要:采用超增溶胶团原位自组装法制备纳米SO42-/ TiO2-SiO2-ZrO2 固体超强酸。考察原料配比和温度等因素对催化剂性能的影响,采用TEM、XRD和BET等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,形成的纳米粒子分散性好,粒径分布较窄[(10~20) nm],比表面积(180~280) m2·g-1,孔容(0.45~0.85) cm3·g-1,孔径(6.0~9.0) nm,硫酸质量分数9.31%~15.36%,是理想的纳米固体超强酸。

Abstract:Nanosized SO42-/ TiO2-SiO2-ZrO2 superacid was prepared by supersolubilizing self assembly and characterized by XRD,BET and TEM. The effects of feed proportion and temperature on the catalytic behaviors were investigated. The results indicated that the nanoparticle catalyst was well dispersed,with narrow particle size distribution [(10-20) nm],larger pore size, surface area ranging from 180 m2·g-1 to 280 m2·g-1, pore volume of (0.45-0.85) cm3·g-1,particle diameter of (6.0-9.0) nm and SO42- of 9.31%-15.36%(mass fraction).
