| Abstract: | This paper states the function of peak - valley electricity price in regulating peak .balancing load improving the efficiency of electricity generating and suppling, and proposes the project and application of time-of-use rates. We discuss the economy lever function of peak-valley electricity price and the function of DSM (Demand Side Management ) in regulating peak, economizing energy resources and improving the efficiency of the present power system. |
