| 摘 要： | 碱回收因受浆种、生产规模、节能、投资等条件的限制而制约了其推广、应用.该文中的专利工艺针对现有碱回收工艺技术的不足做了多项技术改造,能够在除点火外,不加辅助燃料维持正常燃烧工况,与常规碱回收工艺相比,节能30%、节约建设成本30%.

| Abstract: | The popularization and application of alkali recovery were restricted because of pulp species,production scale,poor energy saving and big investment.A number of technological innovations have been done in view of the existing insufficiency of alkali recovery process by the patent technique in this paper.Energy can be saved 30%,construction cost can be saved 30% compared with the conventional alkali recovery,in addition to ignition and not adding auxiliary fuel to maintain normal combustion conditions. |
