摘    要:以室温离子液体N-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(HMIM]BF4)作溶剂和催化剂,1,3-丙二硫醇分别和醛、酮反应制得8种1,3-二硫环己烷类香料化合物.采用元素分析、红外光谱、氢核磁共振、色-质联机对产品进行了结构表征,并作了香气评价.

Abstract:Eight 1,3-dithiolane were synthesized by the reaction of aldehyde or ketone with 1,3-dimercaprol in room temperature ionic liquid 1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (HMIMBF4). Structure of the target compounds was identified by data of elemental analysis, FTIR, 1H NMR and GC-MS. and contents the studying of the properties of those flavoring compounds. The odor characteristics of the eight 1,3-dithiolane were evaluated.
