摘    要:分析了在齿轮修形过程中若考虑车辆全寿命范围的工况,如何来进行齿轮修形的优化设计。研究中还针对混合动力车辆的特殊情况,需在传统车辆采集的路谱基础上,进行程序过滤,从而获得用于分析的实际载荷谱,并最终基于该载荷谱进行齿轮修形的优化设计。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the gear micro modification,and provides a method on the gear micro geometry optimization under vehicle whole life load condition.The research also covers the hybrid vehicle application,based on the traditional road load data,uses the control procedure to filter the data,then gets the actual load,which is used for gear micro geometry optimized design.
