工程车辆电控限滑差速器的限滑性能仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了电控限滑差速器的优点与具体结构,分析了限滑过程并推导出限滑差速器动力学模型。以ZL50装载机为仿真对象,选用三种附着系数分离路面,建立模糊PID控制的电控限滑差速器的仿真系统。仿真结果表明,电控限滑差速器能够根据路面条件的变化,有效限制两侧车轮的相对滑转,提高车辆的驱动性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the merit and specific structure of electronic control limited slip differential (LSD) are presented, the dynamie model of LSD is developed from analyzing the limited slip process. ZL50 loader is used as the simulation vehicle, three μ-slipt roads are taken to build the simulation system of the LSD utilizing Fuzzy-PID contruller. The simulated results show that the slip between the two tires can be effectively limited according to the condition change of road and the drive performance of vehicle is improved.
