改进遗传算法及其在MATLAB中的应用

摘    要:针对基本遗传算法存在的早熟和波动问题,对影响遗传算法精度、效率和稳定性的选择、交叉和变异三大遗传操作进行了分析,采用随机遍历、三点交叉和离散变异结合,既提高了收敛精度,也提高了收敛速度。经过使用MATLAB对两个测试函数进行计算,验证了改进算法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at appearing premature and fluctuations in the traditional genetic algorithms(GA),three genetic manipulations of influence GA's accuracy and efficiency selection,crossover and mutation are analyzed.By using SUS,three crossovers and MUT,the convergence accuracy and speed are improved.The feasibility of its improvement is tested by using MATLAB,and the effectiveness of improved genetic algorithms is verified.
