| Abstract: | In this paper,the characterization of four kinds of commercial zinc oxide pow-ders was determined by using physical methods,such as ICP,precipitation and BETmethods,TEM and SEM techniques.Impurity content,distribution of particle size,specific surface,agglomeration and shape of particles were obtained.Results show that these kinds of ZnO powders produced by some factories inour country are suitable for manufacturing ceramic varistors and arrestors. |
